1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the USD Goods platform and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or participate in the network. Your continued participation implies full understanding and consent to all stipulations outlined below.

2. General Risk Acknowledgment & Financial Liability

Participation in the USD Goods network, trading portfolios, and compensation plans involves inherent financial risks. While we strive to provide a secure and profitable ecosystem, the global market is volatile and unpredictable.

                By participating, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that USD Goods, its founders, administrators, and affiliates shall bear NO LIABILITY for the loss of capital, earnings, or network structure in the event of company bankruptcy, market collapse, force majeure, or any unforeseen misfortunes leading to the downfall of the business operations.
            

Earnings, pairings, and bonuses are strictly performance-based and dependent on the sustained health of the company's trading projects. There are no absolute guarantees of permanent financial returns.

3. Account Security & User Negligence

As a registered user, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your email, passwords, and verification tokens.

You must not share your password or access details with any third party.
You are responsible for logging out of shared or public devices.
You must utilize strong, unique passwords to protect your digital assets.

Exemption of Liability for Hacks: USD Goods will not be held liable, legally or financially, for any loss of funds, unauthorized transfers, or account manipulation resulting from the user's negligence. If your account is compromised or hacked due to leaked passwords, phishing, or failure to secure your personal devices, the company assumes zero responsibility for the restoration of lost assets.

4. Network & Platform Integrity

Users are strictly prohibited from exploiting system bugs, creating fraudulent accounts, or engaging in deceptive practices to manipulate the binary network or pairing limits. Any user found in violation of system integrity will face immediate and permanent account termination without the possibility of a refund.

5. Amendments to Terms

USD Goods reserves the right to modify, update, or alter these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes, but it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been enacted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
