1. Beware of Impersonators
Scammers and malicious entities may attempt to impersonate USD Goods administrators, support staff, or top leaders on social media (Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp) to steal your funds or account credentials.
- We will NEVER ask for your password. Our staff does not need your password to assist you.
- We do not ask for direct personal deposits. All activation code purchases and withdrawals are processed exclusively through our official portal system or verified company channels.
2. Phishing Emails & Links
Phishing is an attempt to steal your information by pretending to be a legitimate source. If you receive an email claiming to be from USD Goods asking you to "verify your account" or "claim a bonus" via a strange link, do not click it.
Always verify that the email came from @usdgoods.org. When in doubt, manually type our website address into your browser rather than clicking a link.
3. Unofficial Activation Codes
Only purchase activation codes (E-Pins and A-Pins) from your trusted Direct Sponsor or generate them directly from your own Vault via the Admin. Buying heavily discounted codes from unverified strangers online may result in receiving fake or already-used codes, and USD Goods will not refund these transactions.
4. Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, or if you have been contacted by someone claiming to represent USD Goods who is acting suspiciously, please contact our official support team immediately at support@usdgoods.org or call our official hotline at +639166467716.
